General Information

Please note the following for your submission of samples:

We will be closed only from Wednesday, December 24, 2025, to Friday, December 26, 2025, as well as on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.
On all other days, we will operate as usual.

However, the hemagglutination inhibition test (SIV-HAH) for the detection of antibodies against influenza viruses cannot be performed between December 24, 2025, and January 8, 2026.

Please note that if samples are received during the Christmas week (December 22nd and 23rd, 2025), a diagnosis before Christmas cannot be guaranteed.
Please take into account, the package delivery times of the courier services might increase due to the higher volume of shipments in the pre-Christmas period. 
Please plan for this circumstance when sending your samples and take into account that due to the possible delayed receipt of your samples, the diagnosis will not be as close in time to your submission.
As far as it is possible in our area of responsibility, we assure you of course as before, a fastest possible processing of your examination orders.
